1. About the service

CompanySweeper is the brand name of the service provider that operates this software research workspace. The service helps users discover and study Indian-listed companies by organizing public and licensed information, model-generated analysis, user-supplied questions, and available source material into research workflows.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Research only—not investment advice

CompanySweeper provides tools for idea discovery and research. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice; recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any security; execute trades; manage money; or guarantee outcomes.

Research outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or generated from limited evidence. You are responsible for checking original sources and making your own decisions. Investing can result in loss of capital.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and be legally capable of entering into these Terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support@companysweeper.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts and credits are personal to the registered user and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to provide a competing data or research service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or to manipulate markets or other people;
  • present CompanySweeper output as personalized investment advice or a guaranteed fact;
  • scrape, bulk-export, reverse engineer, probe, or overload the service except where law expressly permits;
  • bypass access, rate, credit, security, or ownership controls;
  • upload malware, infringing material, or personal data you are not authorized to use; or
  • resell access, credits, source documents, or generated results without written permission.

5. Credits and paid purchases

Features may consume the number of credits displayed in the product. Credits are non-transferable service-usage units. They are not cash, stored value, gift cards, investments, or redeemable for money.

Any paid pack is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Our authorized checkout provider acts as merchant of record, calculates applicable tax and the final total, and may apply its buyer terms to the transaction.

A browser checkout message is not proof that credits were granted. CompanySweeper grants purchased credits only after verified payment completion. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6. Sources, models, and intellectual property

CompanySweeper and its software, design, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Source documents and third-party data remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.

You retain rights in questions and content you submit. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You may use outputs for your own lawful research, but no ownership in third-party source material is transferred to you.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. When a paid research run fails before completion, the product is designed to restore the feature credits it reserved.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security risk, non-payment, abusive usage, or conduct that could harm users, data providers, CompanySweeper, or its service providers. You may delete your account through Account settings, subject to limited retention required for security, legal, transaction, or dispute records.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompanySweeper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made using the service. Any aggregate liability arising from a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or operating model changes. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.

Questions or legal notices may be sent to support@companysweeper.com. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights continue to apply.
